This page is for Juntos: 2 Player Games, published by Ahmed Farouk, on Google Play and on the web.
Juntos has no accounts, so there is no account to close. The only records that exist are a randomly generated app identifier, a randomly assigned nickname, and the game results posted from your device to the leaderboard. This page explains how to have those deleted.
Uninstalling the app removes the identifier, your local best scores, and the two-player win counter from your device immediately. Any leaderboard entries already posted stay on the server until you ask for them to be removed, which is what the rest of this page is for.
Send an email to:
info@askfarouk.netYour nickname is permanent and unique to you, so it will not change between sending your request and our reply. That is why the nickname on its own is enough for us to find your records.
The app never asks for a name, an email address, or any other personal detail, so the nickname is the only way to tell your records apart from anyone else's. If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot recall the nickname, write to us anyway with whatever you remember and we will search on it.
Nothing. These three items are everything the server holds about a player. Once they are removed, no record of you remains, and there is no backup or archive copy kept for any additional retention period.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Requests are completed within 30 days of receipt, usually much sooner. Anything still stored on your own device is removed by uninstalling the app.
